The Fau Ci has become irrelevant as most citizens see him as the problem and not a solution to any kind of sickness that passes our way. The Fau Ci is seen as just the mouthpiece for those currently in power that are trying to force millions of citizens into fearing for their very safety even though they know by just their common sense the government is not here to help.
The current government hates the general public, the people are weak and submissive, will do whatever it takes to enslave them into obedience and copulation!!
