Why is it that California is almost always the poster child for corruption, greed and total ignorance? Even when the smart money says this is a total waste of money, a financial disaster as it has been shown over and over again, the ''ridership'' on this disaster will never support this project!
And again, who will have to pay the bills to make this boondoggle work? Easy, the taxpayers will be left to pay the bills while those in charge got rich from all of the spending of state and federal funds. Nothing new here!!
Why there is abject failure everywhere? They are all democraaats! Criminals all!
