 With several states working to certify that the election of 2020 was legitimate or illegitimate with forensic audits of all ballots in each state, the result will determine if the first assessment of the election last November was correct or the state will ''decertify'' the election results are not correct.

If the election is found to be illegitimate from the results of the audit, the state will ask a court to citify the audit was according to law and therefore legitimate in its findings. 

One result of a decertification will mean the result of the election nationwide will be the other candidate will be seen as the winner and previous winner the loser. In this case we see today would show the current government to be illegitimate causing a Constitutional crisis.
