Santa was heard complaining about the new regulations he has to deal with on top of getting ready to fly around the world passing out tools and stuff.
Now he not only has increased his staff of workers to meet the extra rules on manufacturing but now also has to have several Reindeer teams stationed around the globe to sub out Rudolf and his buddies because he states the seep at which he has to travel and the size and weight of his FDA and FAA approved sleigh has greatly increased.
NOTE ;(There much to consider here. Actually approval of the sleigh and animal care won't be completed until sometime in 2089! A huge team of experts have been assembled to tackle this most import item as many are dependent on Santa's movements. Speed is our top priority! Money is no object costing $10's of millions taxpayer dollars and effecting thousands of experts and members of our government team!)
