The next question now is where did the court go? It seemed to be there on several occasions but then all of a sudden it slid into oblivion when the questions turned to the Constitution as written.
Now it's politics as usual. Remember the land mark decision on OgbjmmaCare where justice John Roberts decided the mandate to buy it was not constitutional, but he decided that if he called it a tax it would pass the smell test and be Constitutional. Legislating from the bench?

Yeah now it's the same John Roberts is back and using the same corrupt agenda as the progressive socialist Marxists democraaats justices. But worse, the other justices that supposedly are Constitutionalists but caved to Robert's screaming demand that they can't hear this Constitutional argument because it will result in riots from progressive Marxist democraaat mobs burning and looting our cites.

It seem odd that justice Roberts is always ready to cave to the demands of those that want the tyranny of chaos and conflict! What are his principles of justice?
