The reality is a little of both. The smart ones didn't figure he was a bad as he actually is and the stupid ones listened to the ''smart'' ones.
Ther bottom line is the Marxist democraaats have unleashed a disaster of unequally proportions on our great country. Hate for all of us is what drives them on.
