From nobody to somebody and then it's back to the basement being a nobody! ''Shut up Joe and drink your milk!''
Old Joe's days of riding the train and fooling around in congress are gone but now he has a new task of fooling around in the White House where hundreds of servants are there to make life better than ever.
It's just can't get better than this! Or maybe not!!
