Counterfeit Bills Run Wild in Detroit : FBI Amazed by Technique

This bill was handed over to the FBI last week at the Detroit office to determine the technique used to fool cashiers around town.

According to some other retailers, these bills have been turning up on a regular basis but it wasn't until last week a department story manager noticed these bills didn't look right and that's how the FBI got involved

The FBI found these bill to be almost perfect copies. Little wonder no one noticed them until now.

When the feds interview the manager and other retailers in the Detroit area about how many and how long have these bill are in circulation, the manager thought that it couldn't how many but guest they have been coming in for more then couple of months.

The manger didn't pay any attention to them as the bank never said anything about them when he took his deposit in each day. He said surly the bank would have been able to identify these phony bills long before I did.

Just sayin', it's not my job to make a determination on what's counterfeit and what ain't.
