Military Contractors FORCED to Break the Law

Never, ever again question the reasoning behind a vote to get Obama out of office - Mr Obama wants to use taxpayer money, through executive order, to pay military contractors to break the law. Does any of this make you uncomfortable?

Is there really any limit to how far this president will go to get reelected and implement his " fundamental change" for out country?

National Center for Policy Analysis
Government delays layoff notices. Labor laws and regulations require businesses to provide notice to employees at least 60 days before mass layoffs. But with the looming $109 billion budget sequester scheduled to take place on January 1, the White House does not want government contractors to send layoff notices to hundreds of thousands of employees right before a presidential election.

So the Department of Labor issued guidance for contractors to wait. Their logic: Layoff notices would "create unnecessary anxiety and uncertainty for workers." When several contractors said they would rather send out layoff notices rather than risk lawsuits, the White House issued new guidance offering to pay the costs of any lawsuits.

Of course, Republicans are questioning the legality of using the lure of taxpayer subsidies to coax the government contractors into doing what the White House wants.
