I think these two deigns would have been a good fit for the time when Mustang was king. Many buyers had families but still wanted to be seen in a Mustang.
I was the proud owner of a 1965 ''HiPo'' convertible that to this day was one the finest cars I have ever had the privilege to own.
But those that were tasked the make the decision to chop them from the inventory of workable designs believed they wouldn't sell!
