In reality, it was both! Worse, those that were in charge of watching over this kind of thing and stopping it or at least bringing light to the corruption, they did nothing. Illegal votes were in the millions!
And it wasn't just our political watch dogs, this included our Supreme Court when they were asked to take a Constitutional stand. on the corruption! Why did they sit on their hands except for Alito and Thomas?
They have families to and they fear for their safety if they make the wrong decision, like we all do, right? Who's in charge now?
The outstanding question now is, who will take a stand for us down here in the trenches?
