Easy, in Havana the down town buildings are not burned out hulks with piles of unwanted merchandise left behind by looters, and no piles or burned up cars ready to be shipped to the scape yard. And in Portland they sure as hell will not wave the symbol of hate and racism the people are using in Havana!
But who cares about that, Portland is happy that only a few police were shot and none killed today!
