It easy to understand why a porgressive socialist Marxist like Joe Biden wouldn't want Cubans coming here as the flee socialist Marxist communist tyranny. They probably will vote for Republicans that want freedom and liberty just like the Cubans which is a nonstarter for progressive socialist Marxist democraaats.
