One has to know the progressive socialist liberal democraaats are sucking air right now looking for something, anything to throw up against the wall to see if it will stick.
But like so many other ''drive-by'' hit agendas, this will now be unproductive as well as the socialists have come to the trough too many times and the people are not buying it anymore!
