The man is mentally and criminally dangerous to himself and the country at large. That he would make a statement, even half heartily that he can nuke the citizens of this country if they even think about some kind of physical resistance to his agenda of tyranny, is grounds for his removal from office!
He belongs under expert medical care, not sitting in the White House leading the free world!!
