Biden is losing the race for conscious intellectual competence. He is not aware that many other people have control of the strings that make him jump on command. The problem for Joe and us is there is a fight for control for who gets to make Ol' Joe Jump in their direction and many concerned people can only guess who will the fight.
In any case, the outcome spells disaster for the country! The people holding the controller want to do us all harm.
