Biden moves between one dimension and another but has no idea where he's been! Joe Biden is just happy that he is some place and doesn't care where. Why? Well there are times when he realizes he doesn't recognize his surrounding, he's get lost sometimes even in the West Wing, and becomes disoriented, frightened that maybe he died and has gone to meet his maker.
Worse he say candidly, ''it doesn't look like haven!!''
