Why hasn't this guy been "vetted'? A life long bureaucrat at the NIH, it would be incredable to find that he wasn't a porgressive socialist liberal democraaat. Certainly not a-political.
Some one that was, for the most part, independent politically would have been run out of town a long time ago!
