It's really about an incentive to do a good and worth while job when the need is there as witness the incredible effort in 1941, and compare it to what Barack did to our country rather then for our country starting in 2009. Barack has an alternate vision for what had to be done but it that didn't include the people that hired him to work for them and depended on to lead them.
Barack and his associates in the progressive liberal democrat collective have no incentive to do the will of the people, and therefore they have no reason to do a good job. Everything the progressives do is calculated to bring them more power and control.
Mr Gruber is proof enough. Mr Gruber is the very essence of the democrat collective.
That 10's of $millions of tax dollars that were spent and totally wasted on OgbjmaCare websites is of little concern, as those that were hired to do the job were only part of the larger scheme to bring confusion and chaos to our health care, and then proclaim there is no fixing OgbjmaCare, so the only alternative is ''single payer'' health care. That is, total control of heath care from a centralized and all powerful authority.
But by the grace of God it didn't work as planned, the people of this great country woke up in time to declare Barack's plan for our heath care and our country was not in our best interest, and through them out of office. Now we have to hold our breath to see if the Republicans will actually follow through on what they promised to correct the corrupt heath care agenda of Barack and his pals in their efforts to establish Barack's transformational jihad.
I don't know who authored this or if these figures are correct, I don't care - I do know what was done was to meet the threat of war was incredible and to defend our country. I also know what Barack and his kind have done is also incredible, but sinister and destructive to the well being of our country and it was not by accident.

It's worth noting that during the almost exact amount of time, the Obama Administration couldn't even build an Obamacare web site that worked!!!
