Isn't curious that the reason the waste release happened is still a mystery? My first thought was the EPA personal did it on purpose but screwed up the operation that was suppose to make it look like the mine owners did it.I wonder as well who will have to pay for the clean-up? BP is tapped out - oh wait, how about the taxpayers?
How about the monies come from the EPA budget.
