Birthright Citizenship Debate Explained : A Video

Now that several Constitutional scholars have begun to look closer at the 14th Amendment as to it's real meaning begins to shed some light on the subject of 'birth right' (anchor babies) in America. This video explains what the debate is about.

What is the intent of this amendment forms the bases of the debate and I believe long over due. The debate has been taken up in the past but dismissed as too controversial and politically damaging, until now. That this is out in the open is a good first step for resolution.

Over the last week, a new debate has been brewing over birthright citizenship, an issue that has been discussed by the 2016 Republican presidential field and elevated during the dispute over illegal immigration.
Birthright citizenship is the legal right for children born in the United States to be granted automatic citizenship, including those born to illegal immigrants.
So what are some of the issues surrounding birthright citizenship, and how are those opposed looking to end it? The Daily Signal explains.
