Something to think about if you don't understand who the progressive socialist liberal Democrats are and what they plan for our future.
Also, did ever occur to the majority of voters in this great country that it always falls on the shoulders of the Republicans and Conservatives to be the adults in the room when disaster looms? And when the Republicans are charged to fix the problems they are attacked and vilified by the very people that demanded they fix the problems? This situation is totally lost on the majority of voters.
Does it register at all with the majority of voters that this is a recipe for failure of the American dream? One party drives the country into the ground and then expects the other party to be responsible enough to bring it back so the irresponsible can start all over again destroying ever aspect of success that was brought back from the abyss?
Why does this seem so complicated to so many among us that they keep voting for the same people that brought the problems on us all in the first place? Don't the voters see how destructive this all is to the future of our country? Given the condition of our country today, it's apparent they don't.

Chicago pays the highest wages to teachers than anywhere else in the U.S. averaging $110,000/year.
Their pensions average 80-90% of their income. Wow, are Illinois and Chicago great or what?

Chicago school system rated one of the worst in the country. Can't blame Republicans; there aren't any! State pension fund $78 Billion in debt, worst in country. Can't blame Republicans; there aren't any!
Cook County ( Chicago ) sales tax 10.25% highest in country. Can't blame Republicans; there aren't any! This is the political culture that Obama comes from in Illinois . And he is going to 'fix' Washington politics for us?
George Ryan is no longer Governor, he is in the prison. He was replaced by Rob Blajegovitch who is...that's right, also in the prison.
And Representative Jesse Jackson Jr. resigned a couple of weeks ago. That is because he is fighting to not be sent to...that's right, prison.

But you know what! As long as they keep providing entitlements to the population of Chicago , nothing is going to change, except the state will go broke before the country does.

This just may raise a few eyebrows, but it seems to us this is the Illinois/Chicago way -- Illinois has been called the worst run state in the nation -- that even includes California.
