The mayor of Chicago says the police are the problem and must be reorganized to effectively bring law and order to Chicago. Having 56 people shot and 8 killed include a 6 year old girl in one weekend is not acceptable.
The mayor says she will find an answer if it takes the next two years or if I'm reelected, then it might take longer.
