The sad part in the statement is you can run but hiding from government over-reach is nearly impossible! It does ask the question what exactly Joe means when he say America is on the move again when he has no intention of moving anywhere soon from his mobile basement that he has stashed behind the White House.
He says ''the White House does have a nice basement but familiarity means security and nothing is more comforting then having things around you that are familiar to bring that relaxed feeling of being home''! (And Joe really likes being surrounded by sight and sound of being home. Nobody telling him what to do and when to do it! Like ''Hey Joe did you shit this morning yet? You're due to talk to some report soon and we don't want you doing in your pants like last week!'')
