Oh No!! The puppet master has fallen asleep and left the ship of state in the hands of a mentally challenged 3 year old that's on drugs. The old coot thinks he's back in the day when times were fun and responsible free, just tag along with Barrrack, say stupid things and smile.
Now of course he really doesn't have any idea what the hell is going on as he just dances to the tune provide by the strings attached to his body and what's left of his brain.
