Boy Scouts Admit Girls : Men No Longer Needed?

This is crazy on so many levels it's hard to begin, and so I won't rant on about how the Scouts were a great feature in my maturation, except to say the Boy Scouts of America were organized to help young boys become men that must be able to take the responsibility of being active in the community and our country to further what the founders of our country and the Scouts so wisely set forth so long ago.

Who would ever of thought that the Boy Scouts would willingly accept girls? What has happened to our civil society.  I find this very, very depressing. Will the guys be able to join the girl scouts?

Or is it time to make sure that men are no long men, but just bigger, taller and stronger women!!!!! YIKES!

Boys must understand what it means to be boys and then how to become men, and what better why to have focus on this education is for a man teaching them how. The presence of girls will taint this education.

That having young girls as part of the growing up experience, to become and understand the masculine duties in their future, will not help them in their struggle, but be educated instead of what's wrong about masculinity, it becomes more important to be sanative to the demands of femininity.

Again this is not good ands must be reversed as soon as possible or all will be lost along with just about everything else that this country was founded on.

Boy Scouts Are Now Allowing Girls to Join

The Boy Scouts of America will now allow girls to join their well-known Cub Scout program, which will enable them to advance to the highest rank of Eagle Scout, according to a statement released Wednesday. The organization’s board of directors voted unanimously to make the historic change to the group that has been for boys since its founding over 100 years ago.

“Today, the Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors unanimously approved to [sic] welcome girls into its iconic Cub Scout program and to deliver a Scouting program for older girls that will enable them to advance and earn the highest rank of Eagle Scout,” the group said in a statement Wednesday.

“This decision is true to the BSA’s mission and core values outlined in the Scout Oath and Law. The values of Scouting—trustworthy, loyal, helpful, kind, brave and reverent, for example—are important for both young men and women,” said Michael Surbaugh, the Boy Scouts of America’s chief scout executive.

“We believe it is critical to evolve how our programs meet the needs of families interested in positive and lifelong experiences for their children. We strive to bring what our organization does best—developing character and leadership for young people—to as many families and youth as possible as we help shape the next generation of leaders,” he continued.

Starting in 2018, young girls will be able to join Cub Scout units. The historic decision reportedly comes after years of receiving requests from families and girls.
