If this statement is true, and I have no reason to believe it isn't, then Mr Obama has taken the next step to absolute power believing he has a mandate to criminalize government in support of his ideology.
Worse, of course, is that the opposition seems to be unable or unwilling to stop him. Where does this leave all of us that lurk in the trenches?
