This quote isn't new as she used this one a few years ago, but what's really priceless is that a California newspaper understands one of the biggest problems for the state, and that's Mr Gruber must have had California residence in mind when he identified members of voting public as easily duped.
It's just that there appears California has an over abundance of Gruber candidates.
