America's Political System Explained : A Flow Chart

Sorry for a little rough language here but this flow chart explains how our system of government works right now.
 This is how it works for the smartest people in the room:

When the top politicians look down, all the see is shit heads, and when the people down below look up, all they see is assholes.

I don't know who the author is but they sure know what's happening in our government right now.
