After listening to Mr Obama's SOTU speech on Tuesday, it is abundantly clear he is doubling down on his belief he is lord and savior of America. His word is power.
By refusing to identify the enemy by name, he believes he is above the problem and therefore unaccountable for a solution.
He believes his words are sufficient unto them selves carry enough weight and power to convince our enemies we are not a threat.
As the saying goes, "absolute power corrupts and corrupts absolutely"
He is the word and the word is Barack! All may rise now.
