Hey, Who's Running The Show? : Joe? nah!! Mr. Autopen!

Barry talked about having a third term even though that the Constitution says that won't fly, so he had to find a way to make it happen.

And what could be better then having a mentally dead person to take all the slings and arrows from those that find what they are doing is destructive and mostly illegal, unconstitutional. 

But don't pay any attention to any of that, it doesn't matter as the crew behind the scenes don't have to worry about taking responsibility for what they are doing when they have a willing walking dead person to take the heat.

And even better, the dead person doesn't have a clue in the first place what's happening! He's happy each morning that when  breathers on the mirror in the bath room to check,  he finds he's actually still breathing.

Living a modern miracle and he rules the world!!

Barry was happy during his third term running the 
show for Joe, but all the while he was lookin forward to his
forth term if Joe won the next election.

And that Joe was very close to beath was a good thing
that he might might die and Kamomala would be president.
Barry knew it would be even easier to snow her 
than snowing a dead person!
