It's who has the power for control and who doesn't! And without that power, life is of no consequence as along with control of all out comes wealth and the good life.
The fact is most of those that are close to real power, the real definition of power it self, who want to live beyond their means know there is no better way then being a member in government employ, to be able then to steal it from others!
