Trump Derangement Syndrome, TDS is a real disease that effects what might have been a real person at some point in time, but once infected they becomes totally deranged and are unrecognizable as humans in a civil society, but only a visible caricature acting in ways that are seen as profoundly that of the mentally ill and are considered by the general society as dangerous.
