What the America needs now is for the entire country to be like California whose population is more the 40% people who weren't born there and who don't care where they are as long as life is good and safe!
That they are living in California is a good thing, but they don't care about becoming an America citizen as they left a place where they were citizen and it was not a good place to be.
So, living in America is free for the taking. To start all over again with the nonsense of applying for citizenship, then living here as an America obeying the rules that good citizens must follow, when as just immigrants, as life-time visitors, they can have it all without any responsiblies of living the good life in America.
Now that is a good deal, take without giving!
