The word ''variant'' is used to change a static program and make it more dynamic and fluid! When a program is found to be less effectual in accomplishing the desired outcomes, it's necessary to make changes that will increase the design effectiveness.
But some are pondering why The Good Dr. Fauci had to change how his name was spelled. To anyone that pays close attention to things like this it becomes clear the Good Doctor has close relations with the Chinese and therefore wished to show his loyalty by having his name appear more in line with how the Chinese display their names.
It just makes good sense as kind of ''Bothers in Arms'' that he should do what ever he can to prove his loyalty to the Chinese government since over the years they have a lot of contact.
