Ol' Joe spent his entire career in politics having fun, doing what ever he wanted to do no matter how wrong or corrupt it was, he still enjoyed the ride.
But now that he has real power and finds himself looking for excitement, he understand having access to a gallon of ice cream isn't enough to fill the day while others are having fun dancing, drinking and talking smart.
(Just imagine how much fun it would be if Ol' Joe had a few high balls in him? It would bel like waqtching Ronald McDonald trying to put on his long shoes in a wind storm!)
