What About Chicago And Baltimore? : Hundreds Shot And Dozens Murdered Every Month!

Given all of the discussions on gun control after the mass killings of Texas and Ohio, and little or no mention of the mass killings in most of our largest cities where dozens are murdered every month and hundreds are shot, one must step back and take a deep breath and then ask the question, 'how come?'
