One has to wonder what the changers and warmers use for common sense or just basic intelligence when you see someone like California governor Jerry Brown sound off on Scott Walker's take on the nonsense that is climate change. Either Brown is ignorant of the facts or he is insane, or both. It's likely both as Jerry hasn't done anything that would send a message to the population that he is rational or competent to govern.
