California Draught : We Need Trains - Not Reservoirs

Empty Brown copy
California's biggest problem is not the lack of water but the lack leadership in state government. Governor Brown has demonstrated he is not from around here. He comes from a different place, he moves from one time dimension to another and therefore loses track of what is happening in each.

Even the smallest blip on the radar makes he dizzy. This is where the saying comes from being 'zoned', spatially challenged and mentally ill-equipped to process reality. But then California has always been on the cusp of failing to meet the riggers of daily life and reality.

High Speed Trains that will cost taxpayers $billions they don't have, but to hell with more reservoirs. According to the environmentalists nutjobs in that great state, 'We don't need no stinking reservoirs'. Who knew?
