Given that the Chinese have an undeclared digital war on America, I believe it time we did the same to them.Organize as many digital experts into attacking the entire Chinese military and economy. Cyber warfare is just a new way to diminish an opponent without the loss of actual warriors.
Do it and do it now or suffer the consequences. Hand wringing won't do the job, having a plan and executing it will.
