Sadly, several justices on the court were puzzled by what they were to decide as to weather there is a difference between what a woman is and what is her ability is to function properly while men are directing them on what is important in their life other than their duty to shut up and remain on their knees!
Actually, the question wasn't all that difficult as expert was called in clear up the matter. The 5 year old expert on the question had the necessary answer explaining it was sitting next to him!
