With more than 120,000 members of the Somali community and with 87% receiving some kind of welfare aid and more than 50% don't speak English and therefore unemployed and have been since arriving in the Promised Land of Mile and Honey a decade ago.
What's more, why would anyone wonder how they could have gotten $9+ billion tax dollars dollars to spend any way the want without significant help from those in control of the Minnesota government???
When will Walz and Ilhan Omar got under oak explaining how they did this!!!???
