Several Supreme Court Justices question the legitimacy of the Constitution as have a past president. They say it isn't legitimate in the modern world where our environment changes physically and politically so often that the old Constitution doesn't work any longer to serve the people's needs. They discuss legal issues that require a Constitutional connection, but they find it too complex to decide what is this right decision given their background is not a legal but only political motivated.
Their confusion stems from what they firmly believe is needed to keep up the changes that occur almost daily basis where the Constitution cannot be accepted as the rule of law any longer!
As one past president said, Barrack Ogbymma, ''The Constitution says what the government can't do for you when it should say what the government can do for you!''
