It starts in pre-school and finishes with college graduates entering government service. The poor would-be graduate that leaned nothing that would be useful for employment, but knows exactly how to destroy the life of others that know better but just want to be left alone and live their lives in peace.
The ignorance of what is true and a stark realiy is profound, real and dangerous to our country's survival as a nation.
