America, The Laughing Stock of The World : First Class Leadership

Who would have ever thought that such a 'brilliant' man as Mr Obama, "the one" could make America the laughing stock of the world but , at the same time believe he is a world leader of great leadership and prominence.

Is he delusional or ideologically driven, or both?
