Remember this? When Hugo got up to speak at the UN after George Bush spoke, he said he thought he smelled sulfur in the air - making reference to the devil - Now that this communist monster has passed into that arena where all good dictators go, hopefully Venezuela will be much better off as well as all of Latin America.
Given the number tyrants that are around to day, and those that have already landed in the fiery pit, I think he will have a lot of company.
