Fitzgerald Backed into a Corner

The Libby case is going to make headlines, somewhere, when Fitzgerald has to drop the charges for lack of a case - The libeals have been caught out in the open on this one -

Fitzgerald: Keep the Jury in the Dark

Patrick Fitzgerald filed a Motion In Limine yesterday to preclude Libby from presenting any evidence, making any comment or argument respecting the government’s decision not to charge Richard Armitage, who did disclose Plame’s name and position to at least two reporters (Robert Novak and Bob Woodward).

Those of us who’ve been watching this case know that from the moment Fitzgerald was named special prosecutor, he and Secretary of State Colin Powell, the general counsel of the Department of State as well as key officials in the Department of Justice and the FBI all knew that the source of that information was Richard

Armitage. And yet he proceeded with a broad based investigation and the prosecution of Libby.
Fitzgerald wants the Court to prevent the jury from knowing that.

In his pleading, Fitzgerald argues that this information is not relevant. I’ll not try to do the work of Libby’s lawyers who need no assistance, but it does seem relevant to me, for if Armitage, who deliberately revealed this information to at least two reporters, was not charged with unlawfully revealing classified information, there was likely no law violated in the disclosure of this information. And if there was none-and I am sure of that-what motive did Libby have to lie?

If there was no motive to lie, surely the slight testimonial variances between Libby’s recollections of three short inconsequential conversations and those of the reporters involved seems certain to have been the normal, expected variances in recollections of such trivia.

Fitzgerald then goes further, and says that even if the evidence is relevant , it should be kept from the jury because the “jury might impute to the government certain beliefs and opinions based on the decision not to charge certain crimes, and improperly draw inferences regarding the government’s view of the conduct”—i.e., that the defendant’s disclosure was proper.

He makes clear that he fears if these facts were known by the jury it “would have an undue tendency to suggest jury nullification.”

I translate these two arguments as follows. If the jury knew what we know they’d conclude:

(1) Armitage was far more culpable than Libby and if he wasn’t charged , why is it Libby who’s in the dock?

(2) Something is fishy about this prosecution and we aren’t going to be a party to it.

In my reading of the pleading, I do not see a cited case directly on point. But since I know these facts and think there is something very wrong with the prosecution of Libby and that the case should never have been brought, I can understand why Fitzgerald is so desperate to keep the jury in the dark. Perhaps if he hadn’t implied so much in his press conference announcing the indictment-including the false charge that Libby was the first to disclose this information-he wouldn’t look so foolish now.

But foolish and desperate he is.

And we’re just at the threshold.

Michael Fox Has sold his Soul

Like so many people before him, Michael J. Fox has fallen pray to the failures of the many -

It's best to join with the crowd that has no direction or moral compass to guide them, seeing that when you look in the mirror you are wondering pointlessly as well, also unable to establish any meaningful ideas that might save you from oblivion.

What's left is hate and the deep seated need to destroy all those that show self control and responsibility. Anyone that can smile and laugh with high hopes for a better life in the future must be destroyed as an enemy of the new order.

Fox on ABC made no bones about his commercial for the Democrats and how he lied for their candidates. He said he has done this kind of thing before - He said he wasn't faking his Parkinson - his shaking was from too much medication. What? How long has he been on the medication? Years - Right? Michael is just another Hollywood dupe headed for failure.

Who are these people?

Michael Fox Sells Disease

Fox decided to sell his disease to the liberal left and then lie about his true intentions. His past history, including his book, proves he is lying. He thinks he is going to get a pass by the public for his despicable actions, not so - in truth, he is very transparent.

Like the New York Times, Michael Fox has become a whore for the liberal left.

The following is from the American Thinker. This excerpt is spot on explaining the rot that has devoured so many on the left in this country.

Science can present us with fact, not truth. It can inform us how to do things, but not whether we should or should not do them. Facts are facts.

The New York City telephone directory contains millions of ‘facts’, but lay them all end to end and they will not arrive at a single truth. Truth is more, and of a higher order, than that.

How can it be that science, seen by so many for so long as the incorruptible search for the objectively true, can be corrupted for political purposes? Perhaps another type of study, one that acknowledges that scientists are human and science is conducted by humans, and that man seems to have this universally demonstrated nature that is prone to falling away from the good and true, may have answers for that.

We all want to see, truly, beloved Marty McFly, Michael Fox from "Back to the Future" back on his skateboard. Yet, to symbolically hold out such an image based on a corruption of what is scientifically sound while claiming a caring and compassion that is false, convenient and fleeting, is to be in service not to what is true, but to untruth. This supposed moral high ground is, in truth, an amoral swamp.

Liberals are Marxist Socialists

This is what the liberal left in this country lives for - a chance to profess their Marxism as protectors of the people that are being abused by the corrupt American government. Jimmy Carter and Ted Kennedy are some of the leaders of this movement. They make no excuses for their actions - they are proud to be students of Marxist socialism.

(this is an excerpt from the American Thinker)

In the non-Leftist world, of course, in a world hewing to traditional Judeo-Christian moral standards, an underdog's position is not validated simply because he's at an economic or military disadvantage. Instead, traditionally moral people focus on the nature of the cause. A clear-eyed moralist, looking at words and acts, would know that Hitler, Lenin/Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot were all utterly evil, regardless of their relative place in their societies.

So don't be fooled into thinking that modern Liberals (or Leftists, or Progressives, or whatever self-identification idealogues choose) have no morals. They are relentlessly moral. It's simply that they operate in a Marxist moral universe that gives a pre-emptive pass to anyone in the one-down position, regardless of that person's beliefs or conduct.

Understanding this allows you to appreciate why the Left will always be there for Islamist insurgents (Third World soldiers fighting America's military might), the Stanley 'Tookie' Williams of this world (economically oppressed products of American racism), and American and British Muslim who, despite all evidence to the contrary, have had the insight to position themselves as victims.

I don't know how you feel about all this, but I can assure you that Big Brother would be proud of this morally inverse world.

North Dakota Bound Again

Well I'm back again from God's country - North Dakota. If there ever was a part of this great country that has been over looked for it's stark beauty and friendly people, this is it -

This was my fifth trip out there and it was an absolute delight. The only unfortunate thing about the trip was the reason for going there - my father is dying - he is 99 and failing fast.

I expect to be going out there again very soon, sadly -

Hillary Looks the Loser in Debate

Here is another case where the Clintons fear nothing - They think they are born to power and no matter what happens they can't lose.

I think it's high time the voting public sent them a message by sending them packing - a fitting end to two despicable people.

Hillary Loses Senate Debate . . . Big Time

By Dick Morris & Eileen McGann

On Friday night, Hillary Clinton finally had to face an unscripted, uncontrolled media event: a debate with her feisty opponent John Spencer, the Republican candidate for Senator from New York this year. Spencer pinned her ears back with his opening statement when he declared:"I am the only person here who really wants to be the Senator fromNew York . . . she wants to be President."

And then he exploited the opening by reminding Hillary "you're not the President yet." During the debate, Spencer highlighted Hillary's vote against the NSA's wiretapping program and her efforts to kill the Patriot Act. John Spencer began his challenge to Hillary tonight.

The race starts today. Hillary's huge financial advantage and her lead in the polls was of little use tonight because it was obvious that the empress has no clothes. While Hillary gave scripted, rehearsed answers, Spencer challenged her failure to deliver on her campaign promises of 200,000 new jobs and mocked her refusal to accept blame for anything, pinning the job loss on Bush and the North Korea bomb on the State Department.

But beyond the words, there were the appearances. Hillary Clinton was a Richard Nixon look-alike tonight, wearing pancake makeup, featuring hooded eyes that never met the camera, and looking like she felt angry at having to waste time justifying her Senate tenure in something as trivial as an election.

John Spencer may not beat Hillary, but he sure made her sweat tonight. If she wins by less than 12 points, the margin Lazio lost by in 2000, she will have a lot of explaining to do. And John Spencer may just be the guy to make it happen.

The Economy is Good for Everyone

Interesting stuff on the economy - after reading this, ask your self why so many people thing the economy is doing poorly?

The stock market is over 12,000, and that helps our 401's and 403b's as well as providing 6.1 million new jobs in the last three years.

Tax revenues are up 24% from last year and the federal deficit has been cut in half - four years ahead of projections.

There is much more good news here but all you have to do is open your eyes and look arouund, the 'help wanted' signs are everywhere. The economy is on the move - believe it.

Consumer Prices Fall

Core Inflation Up Consumer prices, helped by big declines in gasoline and other energy products, fell in September by the largest amount in 10 months. The Labor Department reported that the Consumer Price Index dipped by 0.5 percent last month, which was better than the 0.3 percent decline that Wall Street had been expecting. It was the biggest decline since a 0.7 percent fall in November of last year and reflected a sizable 7.2 percent drop in energy prices.

In a further indication that price pressures are moderating, core inflation, which excludes energy and food, edged up by 0.2 percent, the third straight month of modest gains following higher readings earlier in the year. In other economic news, construction of new homes and apartments posted an unexpected gain of 5.9 percent in September to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.772 million units.

Housing construction had fallen for three consecutive months, reflecting the significant cooling of the once-hot housing market. The bigger-than-expected decline in consumer prices should help reassure investors that a slowing economy is helping to reduce inflation pressures according to the script written by the Federal Reserve.

The Fed until August had raised interest rates 17 consecutive times over two years in an effort to slow economic growth enough to combat rising inflation. But it left rates on hold at the August and September meetings and analysts believe they will also remain on hold at next week's meeting. The 0.5 percent decline in consumer prices last month followed a 0.2 percent August increase with the improvement coming primarily from the big drop in energy costs.

Gasoline prices fell by 13.5 percent last month, the biggest one-month decline since a drop of 16.1 percent last November, a period when prices were retreating after having spiked sharply with the shutdown of Gulf Coast refineries following Hurricane Katrina.

In a hopeful sign for the upcoming winter heating season, home fuel oil prices fell by 6.1 percent, although natural gas and electricity prices were up for the month. Food prices rose by 0.4 percent last month with vegetable prices jumping 6.6 percent, the biggest increase since April 2005.

The government also announced Wednesday that the nation's nearly 49 million recipients of Social Security benefits will receive a 3.3 percent increase in their checks as a cost-of-living adjustment starting in January. So far this year, consumer prices are rising at an annual rate of 3.4 percent, matching the increase for all of 2005.

Excluding food and energy, core inflation has been rising at an annual rate of 3 percent, still above the Fed's comfort zone of 1 percent to 2 percent.

However, economists believe with price pressures now moderating, the Fed will be content to keep rates unchanged probably for the rest of this year. © 2006 Associated Press.

Public Schools Need More Money?

This is a real eye opener on teachers salaries and basic attitudes to education as compared to the real world.

Private Schools Now 33% Off!

There's a common perception in this country that public schools are underfunded, and that if they could only spend as much as private schools do, they'd be in clover. When it is pointed out that the average private school tuition is around half of total public school spending per pupil, defenders of the status quo counter that tuition only covers a fraction of total costs.

So wouldn't it be interesting to know how much private schools actually spend, in total, per pupil? Well now we do, at least for the state of Arizona.

In a study released yesterday by the Goldwater Institute, I analyze the results of their most recent private school survey. Among the other fascinating findings is that public schools spend one-and-a-half times as much per pupil as do private schools. Or, looked at the other way, private schools spend a third less than public schools.
Some other fascinating tidbits:

Teachers make up 72 percent of on-site staff in Arizona's independent education sector, but less than half of on-site staff in the public sector. In order to match the independent sector's emphasis on teachers over non-teaching staff, Arizona public schools would have to hire roughly 25,000 more teachers and dismiss 21,210 non-teaching employees.

When teachers 9-month salaries are annualized to make them comparable to the 12-month salaries of most other fields, Arizona independent school teachers earned the equivalent of $36,456 in 2004 about $2,000 less than reporters and correspondents. The 12-month-equivalent salary of the state's public school teachers was around $60,000, which is more than nuclear technicians, epidemiologists, detectives, and broadcast news analysts. It's also about 50 percent more than reporters or private school teachers earn.

I wonder what effect these numbers will have on the flood of education stories about how desperately underpaid public school teachers are given that those teachers are earning the equivalent of 50 percent more than the journalists who cover them.

There are many other gems in the full report, including a comparison of the condition of physical facilities between public and private sector schools. Public school lobbyists claim they need loads more money to repair and maintain their buildings, so it'd be interesting to know how private schools cope with this issue on a fraction of the public sector's budget, hmm?

Bill Clinton Sells/Gives Secrets to China

Clinton, a liberal of the most high status, would sell his soul, if he actually had one, to any one that would help him win elections: enter the chineses. Slick Willy did anything to stay in power.

Now he goes around the world giving lectures on how America is the problem in world conflicts. Bill is looking for a lagacy other than the one he already has. It's not working.

The article snippet below is confirmation of his traitorous behavior.

- - But the U.S. is certainly not without grievous fault maxima culpa for the classically inclined. This is illustrated by our own Clinton-approved sales of missile and satellite technology to the Chinese as the ever-vigilant David Horowitz explains (24):

Thanks to the Cox Report, we now know that the seven years of the Clinton presidency have coincided with the most massive breach of military security in American history.

As a result of the calculated degrading of security controls at America's nuclear laboratories, the Chinese communists have been able to steal the designs of our arsenal of nuclear weapons, including our most advanced warheads.

As a result of the 1993 Clinton decision to terminate the COCOM security controls that denied sensitive technologies to nuclear proliferators and potential adversary powers, the Chinese communists have been given the secrets of our intercontinental ballistic missile systems, along with previously restricted computer hardware.

This allows them for the first time to target cities in the United States.

Thanks Bill Clinton - America's favorite liberal.

Liberals Hate America, Freedom

Ted Kennedy and John kerry have proven themselves as enemies of the this country - What is astounding is they don't even try and hide the fact as the following article will attest.

The press which are also willing co-conspirators having had all this information at their disposal but choose not to use it for the same reasons that the Kerry and the Kennedy types do : They can't believe that people don't take them seriously anymore as the mentally superior beings that they firmly believe they are.

They believe they are positioned and destined to rule an enslaved population.

To convince the unbelievers, they want to destroy America as we know it and rebuild it as a socialist state with them in power - there can be on other reason for their actions. They will do anything to regain power to make this happen, including helping our enemies to destroy us.

These people, neo-communists and Marxist socialists, and many more like them all through history, are not Americans and never have been. They are actually not even part of the human race - they are mutants.

Kerry, Kennedy and Rockefeller: Advisors to our Enemies

We know that Senator Kerry while still a reserve officer, negotiated with the enemy during the Viet Nam War and that Senator Rockefeller traveled to Syria before the war in Iraq to tip off our enemies about our battle plans. Now we know that Senator Kennedy offered help to the Soviets. Quote:

In his book, which came out this week, Kengor focuses on a KGB letter written at the height of the Cold War that shows that Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) offered to assist Soviet leaders in formulating a public relations strategy to counter President Reagans foreign policy and to complicate his re-election efforts.

The letter, dated May 14, 1983, was sent from the head of the KGB to Yuri Andropov, who was then General Secretary of the Soviet Union's Communist Party.

In his letter, KGB head Viktor Chebrikov offered Andropov his interpretation of Kennedy's offer.

Former U.S. Sen. John Tunney (D-Calif.) had traveled to Moscow on behalf of Kennedy to seek out a partnership with Andropov and other Soviet officials, Kengor claims in his book.

At one point after President Reagan left office, Tunney acknowledged that he had played the role of intermediary, not only for Kennedy but for other U.S. senators, Kengor said. Moreover, Tunney told the London Times that he had made 15 separate trips to Moscow.

The revelation adds new meaning to the term opposition party.

Jimmy Carter: Worst of the Worst

Jimmy Carter never seems to stop giving - he is the worst human being imigable, causing more damage to this country then most other Democrats and that is going some.

I'm tired of hearing Jimmy Carter try and tell us all how we should do things!Or, in the words of Katie Courics daughter Who made him the boss of us? After all:

Jimmy Carter IS the man who gave us Jihadist Iran!

Jimmy Carter IS the man who gave us a Nuclear North Korea!

Jimmy Carter IS the man who gave us the fraudulent Chavez election!

Carter buddies are the worlds most evil BUTCHERS; Nicolae Ceausescu, Fidel Castro, Daniel Ortega, Hugo Chavez, Kin Jong il and the list goes on.

People always write Carter off a naive or stupid but statistically speaking it is beyond curious just what sort of people he is most comfortable around and whose causes he works tirelessly to help.

Yes Jimmy Carter was a failure but only in the sense if one assumes he is on the side of the United States or freedom, liberty, capitalism and democracy in general.

Thirty years ago he didn't get the chance to serve America in a second term but in the four short years he had, he caused so much damage that just the lingering remains are still the most pressing and challenging issues of our time.

Thus, Jimmy Carter IS the LAST person or even primate on the planet who should be listened to on anything.

Iranian Mullahs are Parasites

Iran is a country waiting to die - what else can one say after you read about their leaders, both religious and political or maybe they are the same. The following is just a snippet from a larger article describing how and why they like they are.

Feuding, infighting and blood-letting are the standard operating procedure in the religion of peace that aims to do whatever it can to snare the world into its fold.

Historical precedent aside, the present Shiite Iran is home to over 300,000 Mullahs. The most descriptive term for Mullah is parasite. A Mullah begins his career as a parasite, lives as a parasite and dies as a parasite, simply because he contributes absolutely nothing to the necessities of life, yet gobbles disproportionately more of whatever resources he can grab.

As a true parasite, a Mullahs very survival depends on others. It is critical for a Mullah to procure and maintain a docile, obedient host. A flock of gullible ignorant fanatics make excellent hosts and the Mullahs main task is to keep the sheep in their pen by hook or crook.

They scare the flock by horror stories of hell, and entice them by the promise of unimaginable glorious paradise if and only if they behave and keep on supplying them with milk, wool and meat.

Ralph Peters Quits the Fight

Have you seen the latest from Ralph Peters? He has a article in the New York Post concerning the up-coming elections. He thinks it time to clean house of the Republicans and he hopes that the Dems win one side of the congress. Now just how stupid is that. If you were camping in the mountains and you knew that there were grizzles in the area would you camp without protection or maybe take along a rubber knife to frighten the bears with?

Ridiculous? Maybe. But no matter how ineffective the Republicans are, allowing the Democrats to take control of congress is madness given how screwed up the world is today.

Ralph Peters has always been a good read. He, more often then not, is able to pin point the problems that we face with great clarity. But this latest foray into the political arena has left me completely speechless, or wordless, as the case my be.

Ralph Peters has derailed somewhere along the way. I can no longer regard him as a reliable source of good information.

HOUSE CLEANING

By RALPH PETERS October 14, 2006 --

IT'S time to get a grip. And to be honest with ourselves. The fear-mongering and juvenile nastiness we, the people, endure from both political parties would have us believe that disaster looms in November. It doesn't. You, the voters, are going to make your individual choices based upon your private beliefs. And our country is going to be better for it.

The Republicans are going to get a dose of castor oil. They need it. If we, the people, are lucky, the Dems will take the House, while the Republicans will hold on to a majority in the Senate. That split-decision would be good news for America. Why? Despite the predictions of doom from both sides if we don't vote for the candidates selected by their party hacks (who think you and I are just chumps), our government functions best when one party controls the House and the other holds the Senate. Why? Power corrupts. Fast. When either party - it doesn't matter which one - controls both houses of Congress, we get two very bad results. First, the party in power becomes arrogant and exclusive. Second, half of our population feels it doesn't have a voice in government.

The result is polarization of the sort we suffer now. Extremist voices are too influential in both parties and the rest of us - in the vast center - are treated as irrelevant. When either party controls everything, it ignores the wishes of the majority. A monopoly of power isn't democracy. And we don't get efficient legislation. It seems counter-intuitive, but we're more apt to get gridlock on Capitol Hill when one party rules. The laws and amendments proposed grow too extreme as special interests become overbearing. The Bolsheviks bully the Mensheviks. And it all breaks down.

We must have the integrity to recognize that our democracy is based upon compromise. Nobody gets everything they want. If anyone did, it would be very bad for this country. It would be unfortunate if the Dems captured both houses of Congress. But even Republicans should hope they get the House. Why? For all of the reasons cited above - and one more: For six years, the Dems have had a free ride, criticizing everything while accepting responsibility for nothing; with control of the House, they'd have to get serious at last. Let's see Nancy Pelosi & Co. offer serious legislation instead of sound-bites. Show us what the donkey can do when it has to stop braying and shoulder a burden. If the Dems fail to take the House, 2008 is going to be much, much tougher for the GOP.

Given responsibility, the Dems are apt to expose themselves as dilettantes on security and foreign policy - they're experienced at attacking Bush, but let's see them take on Iran, North Korea, terrorism, Chinese currency manipulation, Putin, Chavez and, not least, Iraq. Oh, and Castro's dying. If the Dems have better ideas, let's see 'em. If they don't, they'll pay in 2008. Personally, I'm with the Dems on most domestic issues. They appear hopelessly inane on security affairs - which trump everything else just now - but on women's rights, a living wage, the environment (why on earth aren't conservatives for conservation?), the pursuit of alternative fuels and just about everything but security matters, the Dems better represent the views of the average American than the far-right's social absolutists.

Let's face it: Both parties are corrupt, dishonest, arrogant, hypocritical, intellectually vacuous and utterly unconcerned with the fate of the average American - you. Think you or your kids matter one bit to Howard Dean or Karl Rove? Meanwhile, the big-money, over-organized nature of our contemporary system prevents the emergence of the viable third party we so desperately need. For now, the best that we, the people, can do is to make sure that neither party sweeps the table.

All law-abiding Americans should feel represented in our government. A compromise law that fully satisfies no one is always better than a law that panders to a small, rabid faction on either the left or right. The party faithful on both sides will reject these arguments. But our country's more important than either party. Wouldn't America be better off if every parasite living off the election-campaign circus were to disappear tomorrow? Why should we, the people, suffer the tyranny of mediocre, un-elected men and women whose selfish agendas so rarely reflect our needs?

The men and women in uniform who died for this country across the last 23 decades didn't give their lives so that we could vote straight party lines. Party lines are for communists, fascists and fools. Neither party is ever 100 percent right. It's our duty - our duty - to our country to vote for the best man or woman, not just for the candidate the backroom boys shoved at us. Don't vote for the Democratic or Republican party in November. Vote for individuals. Vote on the issues. Vote for what you really believe. Vote for the common good. Vote for America.

October in Wisconsin

Went for a bike ride yesterday. The sun finally came out after four days of darkness, cold and wet conditions so I felt like I had to do it.

A bunch of us meet in a small town at 9 a.m. to ride to another small town 25 miles away to have lunch. This was to be a fun ride.

The problem that I had with the whole affair was the temperature. At 9 in the morning, with the sun, out it was 33 degrees. I froze.

As it was, the ride wasn't too bad after we got going, but that first few miles was something I want to forget. The restaurant that we had in mind was over rolling country side with a couple of good climbs to get the body temperature up. The fall colors were great.

The problem with this was we were dressed for a leisure ride in the country. Because of all the layers of clothing, the body couldn't dispense the heat we generated. At the same time, I am out of shape, so I had to work extra hard and there by created a lot of extra heat - not a good thing.

But lunch was good and the ride back was okay except I lost what little performance I had due the food sitting in my stomach. Instead of the blood going to my legs were I needed it most, it went to my stomach to digest the food - dang

Finally, when the parking lot came into view, I gave a big sigh of relief that the ride was over and I didn't have to wait along side the road to recover. Maybe it wasn't that bad but I was tired after only 52 miles. The warm cloths sure felt good -

I know that more good weather is coming our way so I will wait for a much warmer day to do anymore riding. I really don't like cold weather under any condition, especially when riding my bike.

Okay, yeah, I'm soft but I know what I like and I don't have to ride If I don't want to - so there!

Harry Reed's Mob ties - A Nonstory

Hey, what's the deal with Harry Reed? I hear tell he has mob ties? He takes 1.1 million under the table and the world doesn't say a word. Mark Foley sends e-mails and flash mail to young boys and then makes offers to a consenting adult for sex lands him in political purgatory. He has to quit and rightly so -

Reed, on the other hand, takes over a million dollars from a fraudulent land deal that has mob ties, without reporting it to the IRS and the senate over-sight committee. This story has generated almost not concern in the unbiased media.

William Jefferson, member of the house of representatives, Democrat Louisiana, takes a bribe of $90,000, is caught on tape taking it by the FBI and is still in congress - the story is gone - nobody cares? What happened to the unbiased media?

Another member of the Democratic party, back in the 90's, was caught and sentenced for soliciting sex from a 15 year old girl and then had another 15 year old take pictures. Over one year that story generated 19 stories. The Mark Foley scandal, a Republican, has generated 157 stories in two weeks and the unbiased media isn't through yet.

Is it because Reed and Jefferson are Democrats? Liberal Democrats? Marxist liberal Democrats with an election coming in three weeks? Is this why the media doesn't want to touch this story because they are on the same team with the socialists? It's all true.

These people are not on our side - they are not Americans in any sense of the word. They are Marxist socialists which puts them in a completely different category. These people should scare the hell out of the rest of us that love this country.

Liberals: It's about Foley not The Nukes

Is the whole damn country spinning out of control or what? What with the information that is now available to the stupid public about Foley and his contact with a legal aged guy, where is it written the Democrats get to decide if this is a scandal or just freedom of speech? Why do we listen to them at all?

The media is still on the attack as well. Every outlet worth it's ink in the nation is still hounding anyone that is even remotely connected to Foley trying to make this nonstory something that will change peoples minds in November and vote Democrat. That's just insane.

Why would anyone vote Democrat for any reason? They have nothing to offer.

Given the latest news concerning the nutjob in North Korea and it nuke program and the implications that it hold for the free world, the Democrats, and the their media hacks, still consider the Foley story more important as an issue to try to destroy the Republican base. As anyone with open eyes and half a brain see and understand, it's all about getting the power back and not about reporting the news or protecting the country, or justice or freedom of speech or anything common people deem important.

Besides, the nuke story reflects so poorly on the Democrats, especially the Clintons and his eight years of appeasement of Kim, that they have to keep the Foley story on the head lines to shield themselves from looking total worthless, which they are and always have been, on national security.

Where do the liberal Democrats go from here? What new character assassination story will they drop on the public over the next several week? What cock and bull story will Bill Clinton come up with this time to protect his non-legacy? He sure won't get any help from Albright, that's for sure. She's digging a hole as we speak and pulling the dirt in after her.

It isn't lost on most people though, that the liberals have no strategic plan for the future of this country that takes into account the well being of it's citizens. Their plans are for themselves alone. Just listen to what the new socialists of the liberal Democrats have to say. People like Nancy Polosi or John Murtha or Leahy or Schumer. The list is endless. They don't give a damn about this country! It's about power! It's who they are. Never, ever, forget it.

Denial of Reality Reveals Truth?

What is reality, I mean really? If you see an object standing before you, your car for example, is it reasonable to say that it actually standing in your driveway, or is it reasonable to say maybe it is standing there or maybe it isn't?

What in our past history and education has brought us to a point in time where we believe what we see as solid objects does actually exist? There are lots of ways we learn about reality but the most important is from experience and the experience of those that have gone before us.

Objects really only exist in there present form because we have had some past sensory history with solid objects. We have also touched them with all of our senses and, at the same time, someone with more sensory history than ourselves told us what we are touching is a car. Make sense? Sure -

So, touching, smelling, hearing and seeing the same object again in a different environment reinforces our belief that this object does exit. And so it is with everything in our lives from the day we first took our first breath. We learn from experience, events that impact our lives in a personal way. Heat, light, cold, silence, loud noises, joy and fear among others.

But what stagers the imagination about reality is the huge number of people that deny the concept. These same people will deny anything in this world that they don't understand or refuse to except as reality because it will change their lives in ways that makes them uncomfortable. I know, from experience and education, the bear that is coming toward me is not a good thing for my well being, but seeing that I can't out-run the bear, and the consequences of just standing here are to much to comprehend, I will pretend the bear isn't there. Problem solved, right?

Millions and millions of people will deny that 9/11 ever happened and millions more will say it was a problem of the past and ignore all the history since that time and before. They choose not to believe events such as the Twin Towers attack have a direct effect on them because they have created an alternate reality that make them feel better and one that works with their agenda of career building and family solidarity. Or " don't make waves, my life and career are on track ".

With Europe in economic chaos, anti-Semitism out of control and the Islamic community demanding more rights to control their own lives in anyway they want to, refusing to assimilate into the greater population of the host country, terrorist attacks in virtually every country and threats from the terrorists to continue the attacks until all nations come under the heal of Islam, millions in this country still believe we don't have a problem.

It has become clear, in light of these resent events, the liberal press and the liberal Democrats continue to support the notion that we are headed in the wrong direction by taking the fight to the enemy. By their reasoning all we have to do is go back to the old days and old ways of dealing with world problems. If we just go the the terrorists and talk to them and engage them in meaningful dialogue, we can come to understand each other. Trying to kill one another never solved anything.

The left is in total denial of reality. Remember how successful the old days were? The liberal left have no concept of learning from past history. The world is no larger then their own back yards. They truly believe if we hope for the best, it will happen. If we deny the existence of terror it really doesn't exist and if we repeat the denial often enough, like all lies, it becomes fact.

I believe this, in a small way, begins to explain the liberal agenda for America. Ignore the reality of a threat to our country or our very existence and everything will come roses.

The liberal believes with all his heart that we can recapture the old feeling from the glory years of the 90's when things were not so complicated and stressful. Believe that taxing those that have more will help those that are less fortunate, and by disengaging from all world affairs we can regain America's former world standings as a country of piece and prosperity for all. Make love, not war.

Trust us, the liberal Democrats say, and we will make it all happen for you. Now, where is the reality?

Republicans Will Vote In November

The latest polls that are out indicate some Republican candidates are slipping in their run against Democrats in certain southern states. Why is that? Mark Foley? - what has he got to do with national security? Education? The war in Iraq?

I refuse to believe that the Mark the Foley thing will have much of an impact on the November elections - I believe the polls are biased in favor of negative results. I have never given much credit to poll results on either side of the issue. Someone always has their thumb on the scale.

We need to back away from the hype and rants that are on every wave length. Let's all take a deep breath and asses the real importance of this scandal as compared to the needs of the country. National security, education, immigration and the war demand our full attention.

If we decide that what one man did, which in my opinion was mostly nothing, and what the rest of the Republicans did or didn't do about it, is more important to the point of not going to vote in November, which will get a bunch of liberal Democrats into office and virtually insure that our country will slid into a morass of corruption, then I see no hope at all for future generations let alone the rest of us for next two years.

Think about it for one minute. You've heard what the Marxist in our own senate said they will do if they get into power. If you feel comfortable with them in control of your well being, and that of your children, then stay home but keep your mouth shut when the country starts to slid back into the abyss of liberal big government, special interests, more taxes and less freedom.

Don't blame the Republican leadership! If you have to asses blame to someone, all you have to do is look in the mirror.

Democrats Caught in there Own trap

Well - well - well - the liberals knew the flash mail exchanges with Mark Foley was a set-up. The pages used the flash mail just to have some fun with a gay person. But things when sour when the Democrats found out what they were doing.

The liberal Democrats used this to destroy Mark Foley and then tried to force other Republicans to resign because they didn't react fast enough to their set-up. The main stream media was their willing tool to get their message of misinformation out a fast as possible. The quick kill -

Oh, it's still true Foley responded to the flash mail of a teenager, and exposed to the world that he is gay, even though most of the members of congress knew he was, this just put him out front on the issue where is was forced to resign and open a seat in congress. Cool, the plan is working.

The Democrats have once again revealed their true character: they do not care about children and they do not care about gays. They are just tools. Their agenda is to regain power by any means at their disposal.

Hate drives them and greed sustains them.

I believe this is just one more nail in there coffin of destruction. How many more of these ruthless, back stabbing attacks will we put up with before we go on the offensive.

The Democrats have no plan for this country. They have no idea what it takes to make this country move forward, think Bill Clinton, and, being cowards physically and mentally, think Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter, we cannot rely on them to fight the war on terror and establish a sound foundation for the national security for the future. Bill Clinton, " I tried, I really tired but I failed - - "

The Democrats can only rely on character assassination to get elected. This is all they know and they have used this agenda in every election since the late forties. The liberal Democrat does not care who or what they destroy as long as it results in gaining power for themselves. They have used this on their own people!!

Do we need any further proof that Democrats can not be trusted to hold any high office in this government? They have shown themselves to be completely morally bankrupt.

Hypocrisy of the Democrats

What a hoot - the liberal Democrats talk about the hypocrisy of Republicans after the Mark Foley resignation for sexual digital contacts with a teenager. But history shows they believe that what he did was okay because he is probably just a victim of a corrupt society.

Not that the liberal would defend the failings of Foley, you understand, but they believe what he did, as an individual, is only a natural thing and such failings must be defended by the Democrats.

Always believe they hate Foley for doing what he did because he is a Republican, but jealousy in the fact that it validates their agenda for excepting any deviant behavior as part of the larger human failure in a diverse and corrupt social system. Under this system, the individual is a pawn and therefore cannot be held responsible for his actions, unless he is a Conservative Republican.

Hypocrisy of the left liberal Democrat is evident - embrace the failure of the individual as a normal consequence of events, but condemn all those that take responsibility to correct that failure and enforce rules of law on that individual that maintains stability in the greater society.

The liberal Democrat will embrace failure among those that adhere to their Marxist agenda, but condemn all others, for the same failure, to the outer darkness of nonconformity.
The rule of law only applies to those outside the sphere of the liberal agenda. Anyone that falls within the limits of the agenda, Bill Clinton and others, all is forgiven.

It is, therefore, the contention of the liberal Democrat that all conservatives are now guilty of a cover-up and must explain themselves because all conservatives should know better as they, the conservatives, and Democrats believe have set the standard for right and wrong, God fearing and patriotic, which liberals don't care about anyway, only how they can spin the facts to meet agenda limits, must now be found guilty of hypocrisy. Go figure!!

Move On - Mark Foley is Gone

What the hell is going here - what is all the hand wringing about - Mark Foley is gone for goodness sakes! He resigned and is in rehab - get off the defensive and go on the offensive.

So, why will this inflame the Republican Base? It's over! The investigation has started so let's move on to the important items on our agenda :

- the war : On going and making progress!

- the economy: doing well, hell, doing great!!

- immigration: Needs work and do it now!

- Health care: Needs a lot of work!

So, that is some of the things that need to be attended to, so let's get with the program and stop playing that stupid liberal game of ' oh my gosh, what will the neighbors say '.

Damn it! It's time to join the fight back and get bloody - It's time to stand up and be counted!!

America - An Anchor in the Storm

Since America is the only super power in the world today, we have to accept the fact that everyone that wants to dominate and enslave the world's population will hate us and want us dead. America is the symbol of freedom everywhere in the world.

It is also known, those that don't have the will or stomach to sacrifice immediate gratification for the long term goal of total fulfillment in their lives will also be jealous of our success and power.

Hundreds of thousands have died for this country to ensure that it remains the only truly free nation on earth, and by the grace of God, the most powerful. The good Lord has a plan and America is its center piece. He has made America the anchor in the storm.

America's destiny is to lead - we can't not allow a world mired in hate and despair to dictate how we will lead our lives or build for the future. Also, at the same time, we will not allow those in our own country, who want us defeated, to gain the power and position to do so -

The fight must go on until the battle is won. There is nothing in between that will suffice. The enemies of this country must be defeated in every day battles, here and around the world.

Never give up the fight. We will never surrender to fear and greed for power.

There is a saying that depicts this much better than I - ' In order to realize the worth of the anchor, you must feel the stress of the storm'.
