Old drain dead Joe Biiyden as president of the United States said if he has the opportunity to pick a new Justice for the high court, he will pick a black woman!
And he did! And of course it is and was unconstitutional as the pick can't be racially motivated.
But alas, it didn't matter as she and he are good democrxxxts and therefore above the law!!
