The mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson, with an approval rating of 6%, is a long time democrxaaat and therefore a consumet political criminal, willingly and knowingly allowing his city to fall into the hands of other criminals he knows and reveries, making the city a cesspool of destructive behavior making the citizens reel in fear.
He knows no other way to control the population except what he has always done, and that is through the fear of dire consequences if anyone should show decalescence.
And if that isn't enough, because he knows he is only a mayor doing the bidding of his betters, and due to his affiliation with the criminal headquarters of the Marxist liberated democrxaaat collective in Washington!
