When duty calls then let no one say you are a softy by turning a blind eye to a relative. And if she was in the dealing trade and you didn't know, then something is very wrong with your home life!
At least he knows she has friends and to try and throw the cuffs on her would take more than just him! Maybe SWAT would be a good idea!!
